Easy to Measure Temperature
Accuracy is everything… Sweep it, read it, believe it.
The following 3-Step Method is a convenient way to demonstrate how to use the temporal artery thermometer when you do not have one to demonstrate:
- Slide straight across forehead
Place probe on center of forehead, depress button & keep depressed until temp is complete
Slide probe in a straight line across forehead to the hairline
(if you curve down the side of the face, you will miss the temporal artery) - Touch the soft depression behind the ear
The “perfume spot” - Remove from head, read & record temp
