Walmart’s Annual Massachusetts State House Day Event 2016

| July 1, 2016

On Wednesday June 29, 2016 Exergen showed their support by attending the Wal-Mart State House Day 2016 at the Massachusetts State House in Boston, MA.

The event included Wal-Mart store managers, Wal-Mart vendors, and state legislators. Legislators learned about the jobs and products supported by Walmart’s partnerships.

Over 10 years ago, Exergen signed the deal to distribute its thermometers in Wal-Mart stores. With the help of a program created by Citizens Bank and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Exergen utilized a $2 million loan to buy a larger building and added 50 jobs to support the demand of Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart continues to help the economy of Massachusetts by partnering with local manufacturers and community service groups. Exergen thanks them for their continued partnership and support.
